Specific duties will include, but not be limited to, underwriting new business cases, collaborating with the Claims team, as well as developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with the Technical department and the wider business. Being a growing business that very much listens to, and implements employees’ great ideas and suggestions, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in some really interesting ad hoc projects and make a real difference. It is not essential that you have previous experience within the above product lines as full training will be provided. However, you must have some previous insurance experience, together with well-honed interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong relationships over the telephone."I really want to stress that this is NOT a 'dead-end’ underwriting role", says the Branch Manager.
