You will have the chance to help with the shaping of its ambitious growth plan in the Midlands but also across the UK.You will be responsible for looking after a mixture of brokers (national as well as independent) and will play an active role in driving new business within the midlands across the midmarket space as well as SME. You will be working part of a team of 8 that are spanned across the UK who focus and plan to double the size of the book, so there could be longer term opportunity to take more responsibility for this professionally managed and profitable division.
