Your new role

The service you will work for manage Hardware, IMAC, and meeting rooms across a variety of products, including Dell and Apple. The Service will also help to transition to Modernising the Workplace. Assist with hardware faults and a 5-day SLA for IMAC tickets, parts and orders are managed and ordered.Roles and ResponsibilitiesUsers order or report faulty kit, and this generates a Remedy ticket that is actioned by an offsite Triage team who will add relevant parts or orders to be sent to site to action the said ticket. Engineers will be assigned tickets to fulfil these orders and fault reports; faulty or unused kit is then sent back to be processed. Engineers are expected to manage tickets assigned appropriately and arrange appointments with users to fulfil the tickets. This is done via the various tools available. Hours of support are 8-6 Mon-Friday; Working shifts 8-4, 9-5, 10-6 with a 30-minute break. There is weekend OT available at times for project related work.
