Senior Business Analyst - SDLC - Remote working

Senior Business Analyst with experience working as a BA within SDLC in an Agile Software engineering / Software delivery team is required by a leading UK wide organisation. This role can be 100% home-based, so you can be based anywhere in the UK

You must have been a senior business analyst who has worked on digital transformation projects.

Experience required:

• At least 7+ years as a Business Analyst within the software development life cycle / digital transformation in Agile Delivery teams at a senior level
• Taking the lead on BA projects
• Ability to create user stories and feed this to the software engineers
• Be an expert in Agile, have that mindset and practice agile methodology
• Be able to bring different areas of the business together, gather requirements and create the most viable technical solutions
• Be a critical thinker and challenge the norm

This is an exciting Senior Business Analyst role in which you will be road-mapping new projects for 2025You will sit with the software engineers, the QA's, and the UX team to articulate requirements across a JIRA board. From a business perspective, your role will be to work with Product to ascertain which improvements and new ideas need to be worked on. It's important that you can communicate well with business stakeholders to find out what they want, be a critical thinker to draw that information from them and not be afraid to push back or give your ideas.
