- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring data is up-to-date and correct.
- Conduct regular stock counts and audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to replenish stock as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing inventory, including receiving, shipping, and returns.
- Prepare and generate inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless inventory flow and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks as required.
- Proven experience in an inventory management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus.
