Description

The role of Night Manager will involve:

• Managing night shift warehouse operations to ensure productivity targets are achieved.
• Overseeing the dispatching of customer orders.
• Managing and coaching the team effectively.
• Implementing and enforcing safety regulations and company policies.
• Handling employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitoring and reporting on key operational metrics.

Profile

A successful Night Manager should have:

• Proven experience in a distribution managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications.
• Experience within the FMCG industry (desirable).
• A background in food distribution (desirable).
• Previous experience on Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.
