Project Control Assessor

A leading provider of services to the energy, industrial, and petrochemical sectors is seeking a Project Control Assessor to join their team. This role focuses on monitoring, coaching, and assessing learners to ensure their success in both internal and external training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execution: Support learners through coaching and assessment, aligning training with site operations to maximise timely completion.
- Governance: Adhere to national laws, regulations, and company operating procedures.
- Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Communication: Build relationships internally to leverage expertise and satisfy requirements.
- People Development: Support the professional development of learners and take accountability for your own.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in project control within sectors such as nuclear, petrochemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical, or thermal.
- Extensive craft trade or site role experience.
- Relevant qualifications: Project Control certification, TDLB D32/D33 Assessor, A1 or TAQA, TDLB D34, V1 or IQA.
- CCNSG Safety Passport.
- Strong IT and literacy skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to short notice needs.
- Experience or qualification in coaching/mentoring.
Knowledge Required:
- Proficiency in project control disciplines (planning, costing, estimating).
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures and legal regulations in the relevant industries.
- Problem-solving and risk management techniques.
