- Oversee goods received, verifying deliveries against invoices and Purchase Orders.
- Prepare and package shipments securely, ensuring accurate documentation.
- Manage the flow of inventory within the business using ERP and other internal systems.
- Coordinate and reconcile on-site and off-site inventory balances.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Process and manage waste stock for third-party handling.
- Provide occasional support to team members as needed.
- Strong computer proficiency, with ERP experience being advantageous but not required.
- Exceptionally organised with a calm and focused approach, even under pressure.
- Proven ability to maintain precise, traceable records.
- Experience handling high-value stock is a plus.
- Background in inventory or warehouse management preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Must pass a DBS check.
