Are you proactive, detail-oriented and thrive in fast-paced environments? Looking to develop your secretarial career at one of the world’s most respected Investment Banks?This is your chance to step into a dynamic Junior Assistant role within a top-tier global Investment Bank. You will be supporting junior-level bankers and gaining invaluable exposure in a high-performing environment.You’ll be joining a team committed to excellence, supporting their mission to remain the world’s preeminent investment bank, trusted as a global advisor, financier, and risk manager. You’ll receive comprehensive in-house training and ongoing support to elevate your professional experience and grow your secretarial career.The ideal candidate will have have 6 months - 1 year experience in Customer Service, Administration, Logistics or Organisation. This company is looking for a highly competent, proactive, independent and process driven individual. You must be comfortable and have experience in dealing with a high volume workload. Duties of this role include:
  • Diary and calendar management for bankers (Associate level+)
  • Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
  • Managing high volume of phone calls and emails, relaying information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings and VCs across multiple locations
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including: Visa applications, International flight and accommodation bookings
  • Car bookings
  • Expense management and preparation
  • Invoice processing
  • Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Supporting teams in day to day issues, needs and queries
  • Providing phone / holiday coverage for colleagues
The successful candidate will demonstrate dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task. Be consistent, resourceful and a team player. An interest in Investment Banking would be beneficial. Initially a 12 - 18 month contract temping, offer at first as 6 month and if you impress, they do have additional opportunities within the company and to extend.£16 - £18 inclusive of holiday. 5 days in the office.
