- Extensive calendar management and support for junior bankers (Associate level+)
- Discretion to deal with confidential business matters, a positive and approachable demeanour with a “can do, muck in” attitude
- Invoice processing taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
- Car bookings implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including Visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
- 1+ years of experience in administration within the investment sector or must have coordination/logistical experience across event, hospitality or legal
- Tech savvy proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook skills
- Display of consistent, professional degree of communication skills at various levels
- Exceptional organisational skills with a flair for managing priorities
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
