Are you an energetic, organised junior assistant looking to dive into the exciting world of investment banking? We are seeking 2 junior bankers assistant, to join our dynamic, client-focused team in vibrant Birmingham. If you love a fast-paced environment and have a knack for multitasking, this is the place for you, picture yourself in a buzzing open-plan office, surrounded by talented individuals where every day is an adventure!Duties
  • Extensive calendar management and support for junior bankers (Associate level+)
  • Discretion to deal with confidential business matters, a positive and approachable demeanour with a “can do, muck in” attitude
  • Invoice processing taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
  • Car bookings implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including Visa applications, international flight and accommodation bookings
What we are looking for
  • 1+ years of experience in administration within the investment sector or must have coordination/logistical experience across event, hospitality or legal
  • Tech savvy proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook skills
  • Display of consistent, professional degree of communication skills at various levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a flair for managing priorities
  • Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
