Financial Services Administrator

Located in the heart of Birmingham’s Business District, with over 30 years of excellence and experience in wealth management, this small and friendly team is looking for someone to work with Paraplanners and Advisers to communicate with a range of clients and provide the best service needed for the business. This is a place where you can truly shine. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and compliant administrative support to both clients and advisers
  • Identify any risks to the business and highlight these to your line manager
  • Prepare quotes and handle regular administrative tasks in compliance with industry regulations.
  • Support the Practice Director with required tasks and responsibilities.
  • Follow company ethos, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
  • Complete work promptly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling the business.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the financial service industry
  • At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (A*-C / 9-5).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Shown to have strong analytical skills
