Financial Services Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and compliant administrative support to both clients and advisers
- Identify any risks to the business and highlight these to your line manager
- Prepare quotes and handle regular administrative tasks in compliance with industry regulations.
- Support the Practice Director with required tasks and responsibilities.
- Follow company ethos, processes, and best practices to ensure smooth operations.
- Complete work promptly and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients calling the business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems.
Requirements:
- Experience in the financial service industry
- At least 5 GCSEs, including Maths and English (A*-C / 9-5).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong IT skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Shown to have strong analytical skills
