Powder Coater / Team Leader

Neon Contracts are currently recruiting for one of Birmingham's foremost paint and powder coating businesses.

The role is for a Powder Coater/ Team Leader.

The job involves the following duties:

• Jigging - loading small components onto racking
• Responsible for ensuring parts are painted properly according to the customer specifications, to a high-end finish.
• Pretreat, clean, mask, prime and powder coat a variety of parts as needed.
• Perform required quality checks including1st piece, in-process and final inspections.
• Assisting the team with support and allocating work as and when required
• Liaising with the management team to feedback issues and reports where necessary
• General production work
• All aspects of Powder Coating

Hours of work:07.00 16.00 Mon - Thur 07.00 12.00 Fri

This role is a long-term position.

Attention to detail and a high level of quality is essential as is a willingness to learn.
