An exciting opportunity has presented itself for an Associate Planner to join a well-established and leading UK Real Estate provider in the West-Midlands.

My clients busy Planning team supports a variety of high-profile clients spanning landowners, private individuals, institutions, developers, promoters, national and regional house builders, commercial/leisure operators, and investors.

The successful candidate will work within the Planning Team providing planning services to a wide range of clients in the Midlands. The team's reach is diverse, with a strong pipeline of regionally significant projects including Government-backed Garden Villages, Strategic Urban Extensions, major urban mixed-use and commercial, tourism and leisure, in addition to a wide ranging rural / landowner estate portfolio.

We are seeking applications from candidates with the following:

  • Associate Level RTPI/RICS (P&D) qualified Planner.
  • Demonstratable experience in similar role.
  • Town Planning academic accolades (BA, MSc, PGDip).
  • Excellent communication skills.

This position of Associate is an important strategic role in the Planning Team and will help deliver a wide range of interesting and high-profile projects. The Planning Team, which is one of the largest in the Region and regarded as a market leader, is an integral part of the biggest planning consultancy in the UK which is over 300 strong with planning specialists covering every land use sector and geographical area in the UK.
