About the Role of a Graduate Town Planner
- Provide expert planning advice to clients across various sectors.
- Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and development strategies.
- Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to facilitate projects.
- Conduct site appraisals, policy reviews, and feasibility assessments.
- Support senior planners and contribute to business development initiatives.
What We're Looking for in the Town Planner
- A degree in Town Planning or a related field (RTPI-accredited preferred).
- Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority role.
- Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and policy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
