Location – Birmingham

Anderselite are currently recruiting for a Town Planner to join a leading real estate services firm based in their Birmingham office with hybrid working arrangements available. This is an exciting opportunity to join a market leading team working in a role which will combine technical input whilst also further developing your career.

Within this role, you will focus on providing planning advice across residential, public sector, education, commercial/industrial, and retail/leisure sector projects. You will work closely with clients and senior colleagues, developing relationships and ensuring professional, accurate advice is delivered within set deadlines for specific projects to develop the client portfolio and increase revenue.

For this role, we are looking for someone with a relevant degree qualification combined with RTPI accreditation (or close to completion). Ideally you will also have:

• 2-3 years of broad planning experience with demonstrable technical competence in relevant sectors.
• Understanding of business development and client relationship management.
• Interest and understanding of the wider real estate sector.
• Business and report writing experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
