Join my client, an award-winning provider of planning, land, and property solutions. They are growing at an extraordinary rate and looking for a dynamic Planning Consultant to deliver expert planning advice to professionals, developers, and local authorities.
What You'll Do as a Planner:
- Provide online/remote planning advice and guidance
- Prepare reports on planning applications and consultations
- Assess proposals against planning policy and constraints
- Communicate with applicants, agents, and stakeholders
- Meet productivity and quality targets
Essential Criteria for the Planner:
- Relevant BA degree or RTPI-certified qualification
- Previous experience in a planning consultancy
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Experience in planning applications (6+ months preferred)
