About the role:
A reputable Birmingham based practice is actively looking for an experienced Architectural Technologist/Technical Architect to assist them with an upcoming project, the role would be for an initial 6 month period but can be temp to perm if preferred.
Start: End of February-Early March
Location: Birmingham
Salary/Rate: 25-30ph
Duration: 6 months +
Responsibilities:
The role would involve working on leisure projects internationally, specifically in the Middle East. You would be working on the concept and schematic design to then be technically delivered.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Revit
- Technically focused to assist with the delivery.
- West Midlands based.
The role is outside IR35 and 4 days p/w in office to be implemented within the team. The projects are expected to kick off early March so can cater to current notice periods.
