Key qualifications and skills required for this role:
Degree and/or postgraduate diploma in Landscape Architecture.
Chartered Member of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or working towards it through the Pathway to Chartership (P2C).
Expertise in designing creative, practical solutions for both preliminary/sketch and detailed designs, including general arrangement drawings, hard and soft construction details, schedules, and specifications for planning applications.
Solid experience in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) and Townscape and Visual Impact Assessment (TVIA), as well as feasibility studies and strategic green belt/gap assessments.
Experience managing and delegating project tasks to junior team members.
Proven project management skills, with excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
A proactive, strategic, and analytical approach to problem-solving, aligning with client needs.
Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
