FRENCH AND SPANISH TEACHERBirmingham, Full-Time, Immediate Start

The Role:SMART EDUCATION is seeking a talented and enthusiastic French and Spanish Teacher to join a secondary school in Birmingham. This full-time position is available immediately and has the potential to continue until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will play a key role in providing language instruction across both Key Stage 3 and 4. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with staff, contributing to the school’s strong commitment to student well-being and creativity. The school values partnerships with local communities and seeks a teacher who can support these ideals both in the classroom and through administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality French and Spanish lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Engage students through creative teaching methods, supporting their academic and personal development
  • Contribute to the wider school community and support the school's collaborative ethos
  • Support the administrative functions of the department as needed

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • At least one year of experience teaching both French and Spanish at KS3 and KS4
  • PGCE or QTS certification
  • Strong Early Career Teachers (ECTs) will be considered
