- Draft key legal documents, including claims, responses, witness statements, and skeleton arguments.
- Provide corporate support, advising on TUPE transfers, due diligence reports, and indemnities/warranties.
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
- Guide clients through disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy processes, and family-related rights.
- Play an active role in business development, including delivering seminars, drafting training programmes, and contributing to Employment Bulletins.
- A qualified solicitor with experience in employment law.
