About the Role

We are seeking an Associate (2+ years PQE) to join a leading Business Immigration team within a top-ranked, national law firm. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Immigration Matters: Manage skilled worker visas, sponsor license applications, right-to-work compliance, and audits for a variety of clients.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships directly with clients, offering advice on complex immigration compliance and enforcement issues.
  • Business Development: Actively contribute to expanding the firm's client base, including networking and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Case Management: Handle corporate support and sponsorship-related compliance, ensuring the highest quality of service.

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 2 years PQE in business immigration, ideally with exposure to corporate transactions and immigration due diligence.
