My client is a top 100 UK Law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Senior Associate to join their healthcare advisory team in their new office in Birmingham.    The team defends clinical negligence matters on behalf of both NHS Trusts and GPs. You will be joining team that consists of Lawyers recognised in the Legal 500 and is over 90 strong. The type of work you will be getting involved in includes inquests, regulatory matters, public law issues, judicial reviews, mental health issues and clinical risk management.  You will be managing your own complex caseload as well as assisting senior solicitors and partners with their complex caseloads, you will be working on some of the most important and politically sensitive cases for the NHS. The team is well respected within healthcare and has decades-long relationships with key clients, a major part of the role will be maintaining these relationships with senior NHS management.   Salary will be DOE £70,000 DOE plus a generous bonus scheme, flexible and hybrid working is also offered with 2 days in the office and 3 at home.
