Position Overview:My client is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a dynamic team in their Birmingham City Centre office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, and professional negligence claims, alongside wider high value commercial disputes.
