Here at Simpson Judge we are working alongside a leading Legal 500 firm as they look to bring onboard a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate or Partner, to join the firms award winning team. Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Associate or partner with a minimum of 10 year's post qualification experience (PQE) The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in handling complex commercial disputes and a strong understanding of litigation processes.
Our client assists their commercial clients on a full service, but some of the litigious matters that the firm covers includes but is not limited to: shareholder disputes, director disqualification's, insolvency & restructuring, breach of contract, contentious probate and property litigation.
You:
- Exhibit a proactive approach, professionalism, and a strong focus on client needs.
- Be an effective team player who thrives under pressure and has the ability manage junior fee earners.
- Possess strong advocacy abilities.
- Have effective business development skills and a desire to engage actively in firm-wide initiatives.
