This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, friendly team with a clear pathway for succession.The OpportunityOur client is seeking a seasoned commercial property specialist to take on a pivotal role within the firm. The work will be varied and include:
  • Lease renewals
  • Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Asset sales & purchases
  • Commercial property sales & purchases
  • Development work
