We are working with a Local Authority in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team!

Candidates with prior experienece in major projects, regeneration, or planning would be welcomed.

The role:

  • Open to full/part time candidates
  • 6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
  • Hyrbid attendance of once a week in the office
  • Rate: 50-60ph depending on candidate experience
  • Must have prior and extensive local authority experience.
