Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity with a respected Birmingham-based law firm? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded practice, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their dynamic team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising clients on transactions, lease negotiations, development projects, and more. Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling lease renewals and landlord/tenant negotiations
- Managing property sales, purchases, and asset transactions
- Advising on development projects, site acquisitions, and planning matters
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements
- Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and legal compliance checks
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
- Strong experience in lease renewals, landlord & tenant matters, and property transactions
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
- Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
