Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity with a respected Birmingham-based law firm? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded practice, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their dynamic team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising clients on transactions, lease negotiations, development projects, and more. Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling lease renewals and landlord/tenant negotiations
  • Managing property sales, purchases, and asset transactions
  • Advising on development projects, site acquisitions, and planning matters
  • Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements
  • Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and legal compliance checks

About You

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
  • Strong experience in lease renewals, landlord & tenant matters, and property transactions
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
