OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property law, with the ability to provide expert legal advice and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of IT systems to enhance efficiency in legal processes.

Duties

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on a range of commercial Property matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate agreements
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments within the firm to ensure cohesive service delivery.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior solicitors and support staff as required.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in commercial law or a related field is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in legal management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
