We are looking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 3-5 years PQE to work directly with the Head of Commercial and Partner. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring that all transactions are managed efficiently and effectively.
Location:Â Solihull
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Full time, Monday to Friday 09:00Â to 17:00Â with an hour for lunch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of commercial property files from instruction to completion.
- Advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties.
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Conducting due diligence, including property searches and title investigations.
- Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in commercial property law.
- Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and related legal issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using legal software and IT systems.
