My client is looking to recruit a Complex Property Lawyer to join their growing property team in Birmingham. Salary £50k DOE. What separates this role from others is the type of files you will be working on. The team only takes on cases valued over £250,000, but the vast majority are £1m+ with some as high as £50m. You will be working on cases from fires and floods to explosions and fine art so real mixed bag. Your caseload will reflect the complexity of the cases you are working on. On average you will have a caseload of around 20 but this can be as low as one if it is a particularly complex file. Again, due to the complex nature of the work, you will be working collaboratively on many files. You will be working with a team lead by very experienced Partner who will give the training and support you need. Salary for the role is £50,000DOE + bonus. This role is also fully remote, there will be the odd day here and there where you will have to go see a client for example, but this would be once every couple months. Benefits include 25 days AL with the option to purchase a week, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, private medical and dental insurance. For a copy of the benefits brochure just ask.  The ideal candidate will be 1 – 4 years PQE and have previous property damage experience. Don’t worry it doesn’t need to be high value experience you just need to demonstrate you understand insurance, the rest will be taught. For a confidential chat, please get in touch.     0121 272 7371
