Job Opportunity: Construction Litigation Solicitor NQ+

Location: Birmingham

Are you looking to join a nationally recognised, award-winning legal team? A leading UK law firm is seeking a Construction Litigation Solicitor to join their growing construction team.

Be part of a collaborative team handling a variety of high-profile construction disputes, including:

• PFI/PPP and project disputes
• Final account and defect claims
• Multi-million-pound adjudications
• High-value claims related to cladding, energy projects, and infrastructure

You'll work with a diverse client base, including local authorities, housing associations, developers, and contractors.

• NQ+ Solicitor with excellent drafting and legal analysis skills
• Experience in contentious construction law (PFI experience is desirable but not essential)
• A motivated team player with strong client relationship management skills
