Are you a Conveyancer or property Solicitor looking to directly contribute to the success of an exciting business where you will be given the autonomy and responsibility to manage non-contentious private matters, principally concerning property?

This is an exciting opportunity with a firm who plays by different rules, is value added and see's it's solicitors as partners rather than just standard employees. This is an open dialogue policy, where they assist their partners in delivering the very best.

This is the opportunity to work with on the very best and varied cases, including Private freehold acquisitions and disposals, private leasehold transactions, site development and secured lending, including close liaison with financial institutions.

In this role you will deal with private residential sales and purchases and will also have some limited dealings with commercial property matters. This role would suit a Conveyancer, Property Solicitor or similar, looking to have the freedom to be creative and directly contribute to the success of a company working on exciting cases, where no two days are the same.

THE ROLE:

  • Build and manage caseload, managing a high volume of residential property sales including freehold acquisitions and disposals, private leasehold transactions, site acquisitions and development and secured lending
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with varied financial institutions
  • Office based

THE PERSON:

  • Experience with Private residential sales and purchases
  • Experience of managing their own caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction to post completion
  • Experience in dealing with financial institutions
