£30,000-50,000 + Bonus (Dependent on experience/ billing)

Bell Cornwall Recruitment's client is one of the longest standing law firms in Birmingham. They have multiple offices, and are looking for a Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to manage their own caseload in their Hall Green office in Birmingham. The ideal candidate must have the required level of qualification- as a Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer.

The Role:

  • Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
  • To process cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
  • Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
  • Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
  • To manage own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimum supervision.

The ideal Conveyancing Solicitor will have:

  • Extensive experience within conveyancing
  • Ability to commute to office in Hall Green, Birmingham
  • Ability to work independently, end to end on conveyancing files
  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Legal Qualifications are Non-Negotiable. You must be one of the above OR a highly experienced paralegal who can handle a case from end to end
