It is now seeking a Head of Conveyancing to lead and oversee its plot sales, homeownership and right-to-buy teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Conveyancing department, ensuring that the plot sales, homeownership and right-to-buy teams work efficiently and effectively to meet client needs and expectations
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all matters are handled promptly, accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
  • Shape the future of the firm’s property practice, contributing to the strategic direction and long-term objectives of the firm’s conveyancing services

You:

  • Significant experience in Conveyancing with a strong understanding of plot sales, homeownership and right-to-buy matters
  • Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team of legal professionals
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client service excellence and business growth
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
