Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Conveyancing department, ensuring that the plot sales, homeownership and right-to-buy teams work efficiently and effectively to meet client needs and expectations
- Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring all matters are handled promptly, accurately and in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment
- Shape the future of the firm’s property practice, contributing to the strategic direction and long-term objectives of the firm’s conveyancing services
You:
- Significant experience in Conveyancing with a strong understanding of plot sales, homeownership and right-to-buy matters
- Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to inspire, motivate and develop a team of legal professionals
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client service excellence and business growth
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
