Corporate / Commercial Solicitor
Our client, one of the biggest names in the regional Midlands area, is looking for an experienced Corporate solicitor to join their highly successful team.
This is a great opportunity to join a smaller team with a varied client base including start-ups, PLCs and owner managed businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Deal with a range of corporate issues including restructurings, company formations and sale/purchase of businesses
- Support on Management buy-outs/buy-ins and venture capital investments.
- Shareholder/Partnership agreements, including dissolutions.
Requirements
- Must be a qualified Corporate Lawyer with 1-5PQE
- Have a broad range of corporate and commercial law experience.
- Be able to hit the ground running and deal with matters independently when required.
