Commercial and Corporate solicitor
My client, a forward thinking boutique firm is looking for a seasoned legal professional to join offering corporate and commercial support to their client base

The role will require an experienced and qualified solicitor with several years of experience, either operating at Senior Associate or Partner level currently. They will be expected to be able to lead on commercial and corporate matters, including a broad range of matters such as share sale transactions (acting for sellers and buyers), business and asset transactions, etc. The successful candidate will also need to have proven buisness development skills with an ability to grow client relationships.
A strong client following is a must
This role can be remote - or based out of one of their office
