About the Role:Our client, a top-tier law firm, is expanding their Personal Injury team due to continued growth and client success. They are seeking a dedicated Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Birmingham, specialising in employer and public liability claims.

In this position, you'll manage a diverse caseload, develop technical expertise, and work with well-known clients in the insurance and corporate sectors. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues and strengthen internal connections within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of multi-track matters efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Develop clear case strategies aligned with client and firm objectives.
• Build and maintain client relationships, supporting business development initiatives.
