I am working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment solicitor to join the highly regarded team department of a top 200 firm based in Birmingham City Centre. My client are looking for knowledgeable solicitors that are ready to take the step up into a position of leadership. This will entail monitoring, supervising and training junior members of the team, taking an active part in business development activities, and playing a role in the strategy and planning of the department.The successful candidate will have some or all of the following skills / experience
  • Broad range of employment experience in the health or social care space
  • Strong TUPE experience
  • Undertaking due diligence, often as part of wider multidisciplinary matters
  • Restructure / redundancy processes
  • Settlement negotiations
  • Reviewing / drafting policies
  • Contractual advice and advising on terms and conditions
  • Advocacy experience is useful but not essential
