About the Role
As a Senior Associate, you will work within the firm's highly regarded employment team, focusing on health sector clients. Key responsibilities include:
- Advising on employment law matters such as contracts, policies, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy programs, and union negotiations.
- Representing clients at employment tribunals, including case preparation and advocacy.
- Navigating complex issues, including TUPE transfers and industrial action.
- Conducting workplace investigations and offering pragmatic advice.
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
- Supporting business development activities, including public speaking, writing articles, and contributing to marketing initiatives.
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
About You
To excel in this role, you will be a skilled lawyer with experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will bring:
