Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
  • Prepare and represent clients in Employment Tribunal cases.
  • Draft and advise on employment contracts, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to marketing and non-fee-earning activities like seminars and training.
  • Occasionally support corporate matters, advising on TUPE, indemnities, and conducting due diligence.
