An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor with 2 to 8 years PQE to join a highly experienced and nationally recognised team. This role offers the chance to work on cutting-edge claims, projects, and corporate transactions for leading FTSE blue chip organisations.

What you'll do:
As an Employment Solicitor, your role will be diverse and challenging.
You will:
- Provide strategic employment law advice
- Handle complex employment tribunal claims
- Deal with cross-border issues
- Manage restructuring and redundancy processes
- Handle complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints
- Deal with senior executive/board room issues
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Employment Solicitor position will have:
- At least two years employment law experience in a commercial practice
- Strong technical and market knowledge
- Experience dealing with strategic employment law advice, complex employment tribunal claims, cross-border issues, restructuring and redundancy
- Experience handling complex grievances at a senior level including discrimination and whistle blowing complaints
- Experience dealing with senior executive/board room issues
