- Employment tribunal claims – predominantly acting for Respondents.
- Advising employers on workplace issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, and redundancies.
- Drafting employment documentation, including contracts, settlement agreements, consultancy agreements, and staff handbooks.
- Enforcing post-termination restrictive covenants.
- Supporting clients with outsourcing contracts, contract drafting, and training.
- A qualified solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE in employment law.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
