Head of Team / Family Supervising SolicitorLocation: Leeds Office Position Type: Permanent Required Experience: 3+ years PQEAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervising Solicitor to join and assist with developing our client’s expanding team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Family Law Practitioner to take on a leadership role in a award winning growing practice.Required ExperienceYou will have demonstrable expertise in the following areas of Family and Childcare law:
  • Care Proceedings and PLO matters
  • Divorce and finances
  • Private Law Children
  • Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation / Occupation Orders
  • General family matters, unmarried couples, and cohabitation disputes
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years PQE as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to supervise and develop a growing team
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Competent advocacy skills with willingness to represent clients in court
  • Existing client following preferred
  • Commitment to working towards panel accreditation
  • Proven networking abilities and business development skills

  • Track record in generating and managing private paying work
