My client is a national law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Housing Litigation Associate to join their team in Birmingham with a salary of £63k DOE. My client is looking to bring someone in from a disrepair background that is looking to upskill into other areas of housing litigation. The areas the team covers includes advising landlords on anti-social behaviour, disrepair, injunctions, possessions and advice on housing law. The team you will be joining consists of 10 fee earners which are all supported by dedicated assistances that will take care of bundles, admin etc. You will be managing a caseload Salary for the role is £63,000 DOE plus of flexibility with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home as well as flexible working to fit around your other commitments.
