The firm is renowned for expertise in sectors such as housing, local government, health and social care, and have ambitious plans for growth.

Role Overview:

This Housing Management Solicitor role involves advising social landlords and other organisations on a range of housing management issues. Key responsibilities include handling:

  • Disrepair and injunction claims
  • Equality Act 2010 and Mental Capacity Act 2005 cases
  • Breach of tenancy and possession claims
  • Access injunctions for safety
  • Service charge disputes and leasehold management

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housing law, ideally for social landlords
  • Confidence in client interactions and managing expectations
  • Strong drafting, organisational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
