My client is a national law firm, and they are looking to bring in a Housing Litigation Senior Associate to join their team in Birmingham with a salary of £74k DOE. The team you will be joining consists of 10 fee earners which are all supported by dedicated assistances that will take care of bundles, admin etc. You will be managing a caseload advising landlords on anti-social behaviour, disrepair, injunctions, possessions and advice on housing law. Salary for the role is £74,000 DOE plus of flexibility with 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home as well as flexible working to fit around your other commitments. Benefits include 25 days AL with the option to purchase a week, private medical and dental insurance for you and your partner, critical illness cover, 5% employer pension contributions and many more.
