My client is a top tier ranked UK law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Associate for their office in Birmingham. The role will be dealing with all aspects of housing management functions that includes litigation and advisory work, possessions including ASB, all aspects of tenancy management and injunctions. There is no disrepair work in this role. Salary will be around the early to mid 60s. They also have a great benefits package including enhanced maternity/paternity, healthcare, bonus scheme, life assurance 4* salary, 26 days AL that increases to 29 at 2 years’ service and many more. There is an emphasis on career development, you will be given encouragement and support from the Partner to ensure you get to where you want to be. You will get a good level of client contact and early responsibility. Client contact is more important than office presence so very flexible with their WFH policy, you just come in as and when.
