My client is a national top tier law firm ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers UK, and they are looking to recruit a Housing Management Solicitor to join their growing team in Birmingham. The role will be acting for social housing providers, handling a mixed caseload of housing litigation including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and non-contentious matters such as policy advice. The ideal candidate will be 1-5 years PQE with previous Housing Management experience. Salary will £55,000 - £70,000. Benefits include life assurance, group income protection, pension up to 8%, private medical care, 25 days holiday. Plus, a bonus scheme that up to 25% of salary.
