An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Mid / Senior In-House Solicitor to act as the lead Solicitor for a Division of a leading UK Professional Services business.The successful candidate will form part of a tight knit, high performing legal team which contributes significantly to the Group business achieving its strategic aims. The business operates in both the Public & Private Sector and has a large footprint across a number of key industries.As Legal Director, you will report directly to the Deputy General Counsel and Divisional MD. You'll undertake a wide range of legal/commercial duties which make the role varied and challenging.• Providing up to date and timely commercial legal advice on bids, contracts and renewals for Healthcare Division• Working collaboratively with business divisions and functions to assist with the successful completion of projects• Negotiating and finalising multiple supplier and customer contracts• Provide swift support on other legal and commercial issues as they arise for key front line business areas• Build and maintain strong internal relationships with divisional leaders• Collaborate and share best Practice with the wider legal departmentIdeally you will have a detailed knowledge of a wide range of Construction and Commercial agreements including reviewing bids, tenders and framework type contracts.You will have significant exposure at a Senior stakeholder level in an in-house environment.Travel once a month to London for senior management meetings is expected (travel covered).  This is a fantastic opportunity for Mid to Senior In-House Lawyers with 7+PQE who prefer a fast paced environment and enjoy the challenge of undertaking varied legal work in support of a large business.If the role sounds of interest send a CV to Huw Flanagan-Roberts to be considered.
